Dear Parents and Swimmers,
We have a busy period of swimming coming up after the summer break and as the County Championships are now in January this has created a busy qualifying period resulting in many Open Meets filling up and closing their entries early.
The club diary has been updated to reflect this on the website here – www.cheshuntsc.co.uk/diary.html
With this in mind we have already uploaded most of the entry packs for the Meets between now and Christmas onto the website here – www.cheshuntsc.co.uk/csc-swimmers-area.html
We need to make sure our entries are in early to avoid the disappointment of being rejected.
If you can, please get some of your entries to us before the summer break.
Below is the list of meets and Club Champs with their deadlines:
The Hoddesdon September Open Meet on 17th September – For all Dolphins, Sharks and Junior squads has a deadline of this Friday 15th July. We will extend this until Friday 22nd July to allow extra time.
Club Championships 2016 – 30th September & 2nd October – For all Frogs, Dolphins, Sharks, Juniors, Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE SUNDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER
Luton October Open Meet – 15th & 16th October – All Intermediates and Seniors to enter. DEADLINE TBA
Cheshunt Open Meet – 29th October -For all Dolphins, Sharks, Juniors, Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER
Hoddesdon County Qualifier Open Meet – 19th & 20th November – For all Dolphins, Sharks, Juniors, Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER
CoStA Open Meet – 26th & 27th November – For all Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER
Hitchin Open Meet – 27th November – For all Dolphins, Sharks, Junior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER
Basildon Distance Open Meet -3rd December – For all Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 21ST OCTOBER
Club 1500’s, 800’s, 400,s 200’s & 50m Dash Championships – For all Dolphins, Sharks, Juniors, Intermediates and Senior squads. DEADLINE FRIDAY 20TH NOVEMBER
Please make sure you get your entries in ASAP for these meets.
There will be no late entries as this will delay sending off all the other entries and possibly meaning we are then rejected from the Open Meet.
Most of the entry packs are online so you can look at them all and decide which events you would like to enter at which meet.
