This years Club AGM will be held on the 15th July at Turnford School Pool between 18:30 & 19:30
We would like to encourage as many parents as possible to attend as ultimately this is your club and we would like you to have a say in how it’s run.
We are always looking for people to help out so if you think you can help, even in the smallest way with the running of the club, please speak to any member of the committee or the coaching team.
We hope to see you there.

As a club we do rely on the goodwill and help of parents. Currently the Vice Chair position is vacant and would welcome parents who are willing to help to talk to any of the committee. There are a lot of things that need to be done behind the scenes and the more parents who are willing to help then the better it will be for the swimmers.
Membership fees
We are very mindful of costs to parents but pool hire and ASA membership fees are increasing. Whilst we are trying to absorb cost, as well as look at ways of raising funds, we are looking to introduce a £50 club membership fee which will be due to all squad swimmers at the start of the Autumn term (currently swimmers pay £35 for ASA registration) and those that pay their fees on time in the Autumn term will receive a free club hat. The only other increase to fees this year that is being proposed at the AGM is to increase the Intermediate and senior squads termly payments by £10 to £140 per term. The clubs fees still compare very favourably to other local clubs in terms of not only the cost but also in terms of the amount of pool time available to swimmers.
