Hertfordshire County Secondary Schools Swimming Gala

Dear Head of PE / Teacher I/C Swimming
I am writing to inform you that I am beginning the selection process for the East Herts team in the County Swimming Gala. If you have any students who you feel would be suitable to represent the district in this Gala please return the attached sheet to me by Friday 22nd April 2016. If you do not have any boys/girls who you feel are strong enough I would appreciate it if you could email me, phone or fax at school as I need to know that all schools received this information.
Boys/girls should be in years 7-13, be able to swim legal swimming strokes to a high standard, perform racing starts and represent school or club on a regular basis. Students must also attend a school in East Herts from the following areas: Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Ware, Hertford, Cheshunt, Turnford, Broxbourne, Hoddesdon, Puckeridge, & Buntingford. Times must have been achieved at an official Gala (school or club)
The age groups are broken up as follows: years 7 & 8, Years 9 & 10 and Seniors which includes those in years 11,12 & 13.
